Many may know Charlie and Hilda Wilson and their little garden paradise along the Nomini River. While not native “purists” (their words), they have many native spring ephemerals that are arisin including toothwart, mayapples, spring beauty, trout lilies, celandine poppies, spice bush, trillium, rue anemone, jacob's ladder and more, not to mention Charlie’s special vernal pool.
And they have Bluebells! And just nice folks with a nice property on the river. Bring a lunch, they will have a drink and facilities for us. Bring stomping shoes or boots to roam their plant wonderland.
